Equipment function

Automatic detection of thread hole stop and depth. Both through hole and blind hole can be measured.
The measurement range of middle diameter is 4~20 MM
Depth measurement range 4 times larger diameter (not more than 50MM)
Depth measurement accuracy: 0.01MM



Equipment structure

It is composed of automatic manipulator, rotary motor, thread depth power head, thread plug gauge probe and probe replacement frame.
Automatic manipulator: by programming the automatic manipulator, it can accurately find the position of the threaded hole, and quickly move the thread plug gauge probe to the specified position for measurement.
Rotary motor: when reaching the position of the threaded hole, the rotary motor starts to rotate, providing the corresponding power to the threaded probe, so that the threaded probe can be smoothly threaded into the hole;
Thread depth power head: It is used to accurately control the screw depth and cut-off torque of the thread probe. When the cut-off torque is reached, the power head starts to reverse under the control of the system, and the depth data is fed back to the system for judging the quality of the thread hole.
Probe replacement frame: Automatic replacement of probes with different thread specifications can be realized to avoid parts damage caused by artificial replacement errors. The replacement frame supports a maximum of 10 threaded probes.
